What to do if you suspect you are under Psychic attack

Hey all, this is part 2. of my psychic attack series! Check out my previous if you haven’t & want to know what psychic attack, signs is & how to protect yourself – click here to read.

This post won’t be addressing the basics as I have in my previous post, here, today I will talk about what you can do if you suspect you got hit by a psychic attack!

Just a reminder, psychic attacks can be unintentional & are NOT created by psychics! Anyone can send a psychic attack to anyone and certainly without the attacker knowing! Common psychic attack examples, include, jealousy, resentment, hate, & envy. There are all POWERFUL NEGATIVE EMOTIONS that many people experience day to day & sometimes they cause a psychic attack to another.

Just a quick recap, common psychic attack symptoms include:

  • Insomnia
  • Nightmares
  • Sleep paralysis
  • Fatigue
  • Illness
  • Mood swings & irritability
  • Loss of appetite
  • Feeling drained all the time

Before going into what you can do I want to address what you SHOULD NOT DO!!! This is just as important if not more important actually…

  1. Avoid going into fear
  2. Blaming other people
  3. Wishing the other person the same
  4. Falling into victim mentality & feeling powerless
  5. Becoming paranoid
  6. Isolating yourself from everyone in fear of being psychically attacked by others!

The above are things you want to avoid doing & this is EXTREMELY important! As falling for 1 or more of the above will cause you to lose energy & power & that does nothing but work against you. in fact it is exactly what feed of those negative evil spirits. so you want to make sure you snap yourself out of it.

So what can you do instead?

  1. 1st & most important step of all is for you to acknowledge it is ENERGY. Thus do not feed it by falling into victim mentality of fear, instead shift your focus into “I am aware of this now & I will get rid of it!” mentality!!
  2. Clear your energy – you can use smudging, salt baths, or aura clearing sprays for your body & the space you’re in.
  3. Ground your energy – start a meditation practice, possibly every morning to ground yourself to the Earth’s energy.
  4. Raise your vibration – Shift your focus & priority on raising your vibration – I wrote a blog post here on ways you can raise your vibration & your home’s vibration!
  5. Shield your energy & practice protection – this could range from meditation, to using crystals, to smudging! but my favorite, quickest & easiest way is to envision white light surrounding your body, protecting you & your aura. While visualizing that white light, call upon Archangel Michael & ask him to protect you. Protection usually lasts 24 hours so try and do this every day, even better, in the morning & before sleeping.
  6. Detox your life! I don’t mean juice fasting or going raw (which will definitely help by the way) but I am taking more about people in your life that do nothing but take & drain you from your energy. This might not be so obvious with some people, as many energy vampires are actually ‘friends’ & family members but if you sit down & reflect upon who is & isn’t you will soon find out who needs to leave for good. Simply ask yourself, how do I feel after I see this person? Do I feel drained & exhausted or energized?
  7. Cut cords – Speaking of people, you might need to cut some cords! I will write a blog post on this shortly but look up cord cutting. For every person we encounter in our life we have a energetic cord with, some cords are much stronger than others depending on the relationship we had with that person. if you there is a person or more that you still feel attached too, even after the relationship ended you might want to do a cutting cord meditation & there are many available for free on YouTube.
  8. Think Positive – yes this might not be a situation to smile about but guess what you are at least aware of this now! do you know how many people out there thing their thought is them – never mind thinking they symptoms are a result of psychic attack! so be grateful, know that you can get out of this, smile, be happy, focus on becoming the greatest version of yourself & watch your life slowly transform. 🙂
