How to Manage Your Kundalini Awakening

Firstly what is a kundalini awakening??  check out my post here on the symptoms. Kundalini awakening is also known as spiritual awakening.

But briefly you might be experiencing some or all of the following symptoms:

  • Tingly sensations
  • Headaches and migranes from the 3rd eye
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Changes in appetite & sleep
  • Seeing repeated numbers
  • Sleep paralysis
  • Seeing visions and shadows at night

This post will be my tips & what has worked for me, doesn’t mean it will work for you but do give them a try and don’t listen to anyone who says you SHOULD do X Y & Z! everyone is different & thus we have different needs, so just tune in and listen to your own body… 🙂

  1. Rest

You are extremely tired then that’s your body way of asking for rest. I don’t care if you are sleeping over 10hours if your body needs that then make sure you give it time. It will pass, this won’t last forever.

  1. Move your body

A lot of stagnant energy in your body is causing all this sensations and symptoms and one of the best ways to release it is by moving your body. Now I know you might be really tired and the last thing in your mind is to exercise but seriously, I wish I did this sooner, I kind of over did the 1st tip! But by moving your body, doesn’t have to be anything intense, just walking at least 1 hour each day makes a bid difference. If you can get yourself to a gym and sweat that’s even great. Dancing and just simple stretching also works which brings me to the next tip ….

  1. Yoga

Yoga is great! Most people see yoga as a form of exercise, but really yoga whole purpose is to bring unity. Of others and your body! It works wonders for the body as it helps the energy (prana) flow to the right places and where it needs to go…

  1. Massage

Another form of helping with the flow of the energy which is probably stagnant in your body if you are experiencing many negative symptoms. Get a massage 🙂

  1. Breath

Remember to breath! Breath is so underestimated these days and that’s because most of us do NOT know how to breathe correctly. Look into breath work, but also just taking few deep breaths several times a day makes a difference

  1. Cold shower

Not my favorite! But they help – try it out 🙂 alternative between cold and warm water. If unsure why, look you the benefits online 🙂

  1. Eat whatever your body craves

Yes eat WHATEVER your body craves, not everyone goes through this and becomes vegan and raw! Some of us actually end up eating junk food and even go back to eating meat, but its temporarily, not sure exactly why but your body just craves all sort of things! I will also say you might end up gaining weight, even if you are not eating more than usual and that’s also part of the process unfortunately!

Try these tips out and see if it helps.
