Today I am sharing with you this yummy easy vegan protein bars recipe and I hope you like it.
What you will need:
- 65g Mixed almonds and pecans
- 175g Pitted dates – soak them in water if needed
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnomon
- 3 Tablespoons Hemp protein
- 2 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 65g but butter (I used my nut free peanut butter)
Instructions:
- First process you nuts until broken down
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the processor – if too dry add some water
- Remove and press down into a tin with wax paper
- Freeze for 1 hour
- Cut into slices or bars whatever suits you 🙂

** I wanted some vegan protein and hemp protein was the most cleanest protein powder I found, now gluten, no animal protein, no soya, no dairy however it is no the tastiest and therefore decided to cook with instead! 🙂
